Veterinary Formulas™, and MediHerb® Products Our founder, Dr. Royal Lee, believed that good health came from good nutrition and the best nutrients came from whole foods. He also believed that the proper use of whole food supplements was best accomplished through the informed guidance of a health care professional and a professional assessment of the individual's nutritional status. These are two philosophies that Standard Process Inc. ("Standard Process") has upheld since the company's founding in 1929.
Therefore, Standard Process Inc.® whole food supplements, Standard Process Veterinary Formulas™ canine/feline/equine whole food supplements, and MediHerb® herbal supplements ("Standard Process products") are sold only through Standard Process "customers" (licensed/certified health care professionals) who are required to comply with the following terms and conditions:
- Evaluate the nutritional needs of every patient through the use of a nutritional assessment
- Create and maintain a valid health care professional/patient relationship
- Do not resell Standard Process products to other health care professionals or businesses
- Do not sell, solicit, or accept orders for Standard Process products via any e-commerce format, including but not limited to Internet, Intranet, or World Wide Web
- Do not advertise pricing information (including discounts, price reductions, or special promotions that directly or indirectly infer the inclusion of Standard Process products) to the general public in any promotional material (including but not limited to marketing materials, advertisements, websites, sponsored web links, banner ads, titles, or file names, etc.)
Standard Process recommends that all customers sell Standard Process products at the suggested list price.
- Do not sell Standard Process products in a retail setting direct to the general public in any manner, with the following exception:
| Licensed Pharmacies/Health Clinics
Pharmacies and health clinics must meet the following requirements to maintain an account:
- There must be a face-to-face nutritional consultation by an in-house qualified health care professional.
- Products must be behind the counter and/or in a designated professional only area and are not to be sold in a retail manner.

- Comply with the company's Promotional Rules of Use of Standard Process' Intellectual Property, Products, and Written Materials
This Resale policy is effective as of January 3, 2006. Customers failing to comply with this Resale policy will face immediate termination of the customer's account and/or further legal action. Standard Process reserves the right to modify this policy at anytime. It is at the discretion of Standard Process to sell to whomever we choose.
